Who We Are

Founder members of TriNova:

	Adam Pozner, Senior Consultant BSc, PgDip Adam has particular interests in the modernisation and strategic planning of adult mental health day and vocational services, supported employment and development of guidance materials for practitioners and commissioners.
	Judith Hammond, Senior Consultant BA Judith has particular interests in facilitating effective user involvement in mental health service planning, supporting organisational expansion through development of customised funding bids, and the development of services for people with autism.
	Mee Ling Ng, OBE, Senior Consultant BSc, MSc, OBE Mee Ling has particular interests in health and social care system management and delivery, economic development and regeneration, and employment and disablity issues.

Adam, Judith and Mee Ling have been offering research and consultancy as a team in the social inclusion field for two decades. Between 1988 and 2002, they were employed as senior consultants within the research arm of the national disability charity Outset. In August 2002, they established the consultancy firm TriNova of which they are company directors and senior managers.
