Service Modernisation

TriNova specialise in undertaking whole system reviews and strategic planning of day and vocational services for people with disabilities and mental health problems.

We have facilitated service modernisation in over 15 localities across the UK over the last two decades. These include: Aylesbury Vale, Bexley, Bridgend, Camden, Deptford, East Sussex, Glasgow, Lincolnshire, Luton, Middlesbrough, North Staffordshire, Plymouth, Powys, Salford, Solihull, Walsall and Waltham Forest.

Recent commissions:

• Powys TriNova worked with local stakeholders to develop a county-wide 'Valued Occupation' Development Strategy for people with mental health problems. The process of developing this Strategy included a user-led research and stakeholder consultation programme supported by TriNova.
• Salford TriNova undertook a review of social, leisure and daytime options for people with mental health problems, and proposed a borough-wide strategic plan for modernisation. The plan was accepted and is currently being implemented.
