East Sussex: TriNova have been providing project management support to mental health commissioners in East Sussex during a complex process of re-commissioning adult mental health day and vocational services. This has involved:
- conducting a whole systems service review
- facilitating service user participation in all aspects of the re-commissioning process
- proposing a strategic plan for service modernisation
- developing new service specifications
- designing an options appraisal process to assess suitability of current providers for delivery of new service specifications
- facilitating a tender process to identify future delivery agents
- supporting commissioners in designing and implementing an effective communication strategy
