A National Charity: A national charity for disabled people was undergoing a major re-structuring of its services, and commissioned TriNova to provide support for the process of change. This included developing a communications strategy and running an open day for staff to express their concerns. TriNova staff were also available as confidential mentors for individuals
Walsall: TriNova were commissioned by Walsall Primary Care Trust to review the operation, cost-effectiveness and long term prospects for the Walsall Job Retention Project which offers early intervention and support for individuals with health problems/disabilities at risk of losing their jobs
