Recent commissions:


East Sussex: Through a variety of approaches, TriNova enabled service users in the county to play a full and effective role in the re-commissioning of adult mental health day services. Service users were supported to play key roles in:

  • project management
  • designing a service review process
  • running focus groups at local services
  • making key decisions on service redesign
  • shaping new service specifications
  • developing a communication strategy

An independent Service User Consultant was employed to provide expert support and customised training to members of a Service User Work Group.

The process of service user involvement in the re-commissioning process has been independently evaluated by the Sainsbury Centre for Mental Health.
